Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the tandoori spice mix, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and grated ginger to create the spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture generously all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully place the turkey breast in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on one side, until lightly browned.
- Flip the turkey breast and pour the lemon juice into the skillet, allowing it to mingle with the spices.
