Ingredients

- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Fresh thyme (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sweet potatoes (4 medium-sized)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
