Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Green onions (2, chopped for garnish)
- Egg noodles (500g, cooked)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Oyster sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, finely chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)
- Bell pepper (1, sliced)
- Carrot (1, sliced)
- Onion (1, sliced)
- Beef (500g, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté the onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
