Urgun Chagaan Guril
Urgun Chagaan Guril is a cherished Mongolian classic, bringing together tender beef and a medley of vibrant vegetables, all bound together with flavorful egg noodles. Ingredients

- 500g, cooked Egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon, finely chopped Ginger
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 cup, shredded Cabbage
- 1, sliced Bell pepper
- 1, sliced Carrot
- 1, sliced Onion
- 500g, thinly sliced Beef

Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté the onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Tips
- For an authentic experience, serve the Urgun Chagaan Guril with a side of traditional Mongolian milk tea or airag (fermented mare's milk).
