Ingredients

Salt and pepper
to taste
Green onions
2, chopped for garnish
Egg noodles
500g, cooked
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Ginger
1 tablespoon, finely chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Cabbage
1 cup, shredded
Bell pepper
1, sliced
Carrot
1, sliced
Onion
1, sliced
Beef
500g, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, sauté the onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the wok, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
