
Korean BBQ Beef Stir Fry
This Korean BBQ beef stir fry is a delicious and flavorful dish made with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- Cooked rice (4 cups, for serving)
- Toasted sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Green onions (4, chopped)
- Carrot (1, julienned)
- Bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Onion (1 large, thinly sliced)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Beef sirloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and julienned carrot. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
