Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Milk (8 ounces)
  • Absinthe (1 ounce)
  • Espresso (1 shot)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the absinthe, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the absinthe mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the espresso shot into a serving mug.
