Ingredients
- Coarsely ground coffee
- 1 cup
- Water
- 4 cups
- Cardamom pods
- 4, lightly crushed
- Cinnamon stick

Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee, water, orange peel, cinnamon stick, and crushed cardamom pods.
- Stir the mixture well to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated.

- After steeping, strain the cold brew mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds and spices.
