
Air Fryer Banana Bread
This moist and delicious banana bread is made in an air fryer for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients
- Chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
- Chopped walnuts (1/2 cup)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
- Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Egg (1)
- Unsalted butter (1/4 cup, melted)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- All (purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups)
- Ripe bananas (3)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
- Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Grease a loaf pan that fits inside the air fryer basket.
- Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the banana bread from the air fryer and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
