Air Fryer Mushrooms

These crispy and flavorful air fryer mushrooms make a delicious appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Button mushrooms (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the mushrooms in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  6. Coat the mushrooms with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden and crispy.
