
Air Fryer Mushrooms
These crispy and flavorful air fryer mushrooms make a delicious appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Button mushrooms (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Coat the mushrooms with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden and crispy.
