Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar and almond extract, continuing to beat until the egg whites are glossy and hold stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold in the almond flour until just combined.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or two spoons, drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and set.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
