1/2 cup
Cornstarch
2 tablespoons
Brown sugar
2 tablespoons
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water until well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Add your choice of protein (such as chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu) and stir fry until fully cooked, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add your favorite vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, or snap peas) to the skillet and continue stir frying for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the prepared stir fry sauce over the cooked protein and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  5. Continue to stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and clings to your ingredients.
  6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
