  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)

  • Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Bacon (6 slices, cooked and crumbled)
  • Chicken breasts (4 (6-ounce) breasts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, make a slit in the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Season the chicken breasts generously with this spice blend, both inside and outside.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1.5 slices of crumbled, cooked bacon.
