
Baked Salmon with Herbs
This delicious baked salmon is seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon (1, sliced)
- Fresh thyme (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Fresh dill (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Salmon fillets (4 pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped dill, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
