Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Add the pork belly slices, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork belly slices until crispy and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Be sure to render the fat for maximum flavor.
