- Radishes

- 1 cup, julienned
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Sugar
- 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- Pork belly
- 1 pound, sliced
- Baguette
- 1 large
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Add the pork belly slices, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork belly slices until crispy and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Be sure to render the fat for maximum flavor.
- While the pork is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Thinly slice the cucumber, radishes, and julienne the carrots. Set aside.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast it until golden brown, which adds a delightful crunch.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the baguette and Sriracha on the other side, adjusting the amount of Sriracha to your spice preference.
