BBQ Pork Ribs

These BBQ pork ribs are tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. They're perfect for a summer cookout or a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Smoked paprika (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1/4 cup)
  • Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Bbq sauce (2 cups)
  • Pork ribs (2 racks)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Apply the BBQ sauce mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure to cover all sides.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
  5. Baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce every 30 minutes during the cooking process.
  6. Once the ribs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
