
BBQ Pork Ribs
These BBQ pork ribs are tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. They're perfect for a summer cookout or a family dinner.
Ingredients
- Smoked paprika (1 tablespoon)
- Black pepper (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)
- Apple cider vinegar (1/4 cup)
- Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
- Bbq sauce (2 cups)
- Pork ribs (2 racks)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Apply the BBQ sauce mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure to cover all sides.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
- Baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce every 30 minutes during the cooking process.
- Once the ribs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
