
Bok Choy and Egg Stir Fry
A quick and healthy stir fry recipe featuring bok choy and eggs.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Eggs (3)
- Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped bok choy to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Push the bok choy to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.
- Scramble the eggs with a spatula until cooked through.
- Combine the bok choy and eggs together in the skillet.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
- Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
