
Bok Choy and Noodle Stir Fry
This delicious stir fry combines bok choy, noodles, and a flavorful sauce for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- Toasted sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Green onions (2, sliced)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Vegetable broth (1/4 cup)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)
- Noodles (8 oz)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy and cook for 3-4 minutes, until wilted.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable broth, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the bok choy and sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
