Ingredients

  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Oyster sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
