
Bok Choy and Ginger Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with bok choy, ginger, and garlic.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
- Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add bok choy to the skillet and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the bok choy and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
