- Baguette (1, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices)

- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Tomatoes (4 large, diced (preferably heirloom or vine-ripened))
- Balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice with extra virgin olive oil.
