Vibrant Cauliflower Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 2, chopped Green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon, minced Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 1 cup, cut into florets Broccoli
- 1 cup, sliced Bell peppers
- 1 cup, julienned Carrots
- 1 head, cut into florets Cauliflower

Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until they are fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the cauliflower florets, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir fry these for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the savory sauce.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables in the skillet. Toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and is clinging to the vegetables.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish the stir fry with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Serve hot right out of the skillet. Enjoy this vibrant, flavorful dish as is or with a side of steamed rice or noodles.
