Ingredients

Chicken breasts
2, boneless and skinless
Lime juice
1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Cumin
1 teaspoon
Chili powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the fresh lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them, making sure the chicken is fully coated. Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but for the best flavor, overnight is suggested.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the excess marinade, and grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side. Look for a nicely charred exterior and a fully cooked interior.
