- 1 cup, lump or backfin Crab meat
- 8 ounces, softened Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- 2, finely chopped Green onions
- 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish) Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (for drizzling) Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them. Set aside the mushroom caps and stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
