Chicken breast
1 pound, cooked and shredded
Cabbage
2 cups, shredded

Red chili
1, finely sliced (adjust to taste)
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Fish sauce
3 tablespoons
Lime juice
3 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Roasted peanuts
1/4 cup, crushed (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, chopped mint leaves, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
