- 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
- 1, chopped Green chili
- 2 medium, chopped Tomato
- 1 inch, grated Ginger
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 large, chopped Onion
- 1 kg, cut into cubes Lamb

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until they turn a golden brown color.
- Next, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili to the pan. Sauté these ingredients for about a minute until they release their aroma.
- Add the lamb cubes to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides. This seals in the juices and ensures the lamb is flavorful.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and start to break down, forming a rich base for the sauce.
- Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the lamb with the spices, ensuring every piece is well seasoned.
