Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center with your thumb to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Preheat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side for medium doneness (adjust cooking time based on preferred doneness).
