Ingredients

  • Balsamic glaze (to drizzle)
  • Fig jam (1/2 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
  • Arugula (2 cups)
  • Prosciutto (8 slices)
  • Mozzarella cheese (2 cups, shredded)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Pizza dough (1 lb)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread the fig jam evenly over the surface.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the fig jam, then arrange the prosciutto slices on top.
  5. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone, if using) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Top the pizza with the arugula, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, cut into slices, and serve.
