Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread the fig jam evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the fig jam, then arrange the prosciutto slices on top.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone, if using) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
