Cuttlefish
2 lbs, cleaned and prepared
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Fresh parsley
1/4 cup, chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Lemon wedges
for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  3. Place the cleaned cuttlefish in a large bowl or dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Ensure the cuttlefish are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Brush the grill grates with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the cuttlefish from the marinade and place them on the preheated grill.
  6. Grill the cuttlefish for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque, slightly charred, and cooked through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the cuttlefish from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the grilled cuttlefish on a platter, drizzled with the remaining marinade and garnished with lemon wedges for a fresh squeeze of juice.
