Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While waiting for the grill to heat up, brush both sides of the sea bass fillets with olive oil. Season each fillet evenly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Once the grill is ready, place the fillets skin side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, then carefully flip each fillet. Continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish becomes opaque and can easily be flaked with a fork.
- As the fish grills, start preparing the lemon butter sauce. Over medium heat, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Once the butter has melted, stir in the fresh lemon juice and finely chopped parsley, combining well.
- After the fish has been perfectly grilled, remove from the grill and generously drizzle each fillet with the warm lemon butter sauce just before serving. Enjoy this Mediterranean delight!
Tips
- For a more intense flavor, consider marinating the fillets in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes before grilling.
- The sauce can also be used as a marinade or dipping sauce for other seafood dishes.
