Ingredients
- Sea bass fillets
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While waiting for the grill to heat up, brush both sides of the sea bass fillets with olive oil. Season each fillet evenly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
