Servings: 2

Ingredients

Ground pork
200 grams
Cabbage
1 cup, finely chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 teaspoon, minced
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Gyoza wrappers
20 pieces
Chicken broth
4 cups
Ramen noodles
2 servings
Green onions
2 stalks, sliced
Eggs
2, soft boiled

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Lay out your gyoza wrappers and place about 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold each wrapper in half over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
  3. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  5. Distribute the cooked ramen noodles into two serving bowls. Pour over the hot chicken broth evenly between the bowls.
  6. Top each bowl with the golden-brown gyoza, a sprinkle of sliced green onions, and a soft-boiled egg. Serve immediately while hot.
