Authentic Gyoza Ramen

Ingredients
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 1 cup, finely chopped Cabbage
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon, minced Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 20 pieces Gyoza wrappers
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 servings Ramen noodles
- 2 stalks, sliced Green onions
- 2, soft boiled Eggs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Lay out your gyoza wrappers and place about 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold each wrapper in half over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Distribute the cooked ramen noodles into two serving bowls. Pour over the hot chicken broth evenly between the bowls.
- Top each bowl with the golden-brown gyoza, a sprinkle of sliced green onions, and a soft-boiled egg. Serve immediately while hot.
