
Herzliya Hibiscus Iced Coffee
A refreshing and vibrant iced coffee infused with hibiscus flavor, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- Mint leaves (a few leaves)
- Lemon slices (2 slices)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Ice cubes (1 cup)
- Hibiscus tea bags (2 bags)
- Water (1 cup)
- Ground coffee (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Brew the ground coffee with water using your preferred method.
- While the coffee is brewing, steep the hibiscus tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the hibiscus tea cool down.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the brewed coffee over the ice cubes, filling the glasses halfway.
- Add the hibiscus tea to the glasses, filling the rest of the way.
- Stir in the milk and honey to taste.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a few mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
