Herzliya Hibiscus Iced Coffee

- 3 cups (for brewing coffee) Water
- 1 cup Ground coffee
- 2 Hibiscus tea bags
- 2 cups (for hibiscus tea) Hot water
- as needed Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup (adjust to taste) Milk
- 2 tablespoons (or to taste) Honey
- a handful (for garnish) Fresh mint leaves
- 2-4 slices (for garnish) Lemon slices

Instructions
- In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of ground coffee and brew using your preferred method (French press, drip, or pour-over). Once brewed, set aside to cool completely.
- In a separate container, steep 2 hibiscus tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the hibiscus tea to cool to room temperature.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, about halfway.
- Pour the cooled brewed coffee over the ice in each glass, filling them halfway.
- Top off each glass with the cooled hibiscus tea, filling to the rim.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey according to your taste preference. Adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice on the rim and a few fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant and refreshing iced coffee!
