Ingredients
- Cooked rice
- 4 cups
- Cooked meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
- 2 cups, diced
- Salt

- Honey
- 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons
- Beef or chicken broth
- 4 cups
- Curry powder
- 3 tablespoons
- Ginger
- 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Potato
- 1 large, diced
- Carrot
- 1 large, sliced
- Onion
- 1 medium, diced
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, sliced carrot, and diced potato. Sauté until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and curry powder. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly to release the flavors.
- Pour in the beef or chicken broth, and add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the diced cooked meat to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the curry hot over a bed of fluffy cooked rice.
