- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined Shrimp

Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crisp.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add the shrimp to the other side, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, tossing everything to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp and vegetables.
