Chicken Jalfrezi is a vibrant and spicy Indian dish that brings together tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and aromatic spices for a delightful explosion of flavors. Originating from the Indian subcontinent, Jalfrezi was originally created as a way to use up leftover meat and vegetables, making it a deliciously resourceful dish that has stood the test of time. This quick-cooked, stir-fry style dish is perfect for weeknight dinners and pairs beautifully with fluffy basmati rice or warm naan bread.
