
Jicama and Sweet Potato Fries
These crispy and flavorful jicama and sweet potato fries are a healthier alternative to traditional french fries.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sweet potatoes (2 medium, peeled and cut into fries)
- Jicama (1 medium, peeled and cut into fries)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the jicama and sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
