Kanelboller (Norwegian Cinnamon Buns)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, warm milk, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side, then cut it into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the cinnamon buns on a greased baking sheet, leaving some space between each bun.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
