Bread rolls

Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Red onion
1, thinly sliced
Tomato
1, sliced
Lettuce
4 leaves
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Pepper

Beef tenderloin
1 pound
Chimichurri sauce
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the beef, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  4. Grill the beef for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it's cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
  5. Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring it stays moist and flavorful.
  6. Thinly slice the rested beef.
  7. To assemble the sandwiches, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each bread roll.
  8. On the bottom half of each roll, layer a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato, and some red onion.
  9. Add the sliced beef on top of the vegetables.
