Normandy Cider Coffee

- 1 teaspoon, plus extra for garnish Ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 4 whole Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 cups Strong brewed coffee
- 2 cups Apple cider

Instructions
- Combine apple cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a simmer.
- Once it's simmering, reduce the heat to low and allow the mixture to steep for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- During this time, brew the strong coffee in another pot.
- After the cider mixture has steeped, remove it from the heat. Strain the mixture to remove the cloves and cinnamon stick.
- Pour the brewed coffee into two large mugs, filling each about halfway.
- Slowly pour the strained cider mixture over the coffee, filling the mugs to the top.
- Top each mug with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon for garnish.
