Ingredients
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Dried oregano (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
- Eggs (2)
- Chicken breasts (4 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a shallow dish, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
