- Ginger
- 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup
- Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup
- Chicken breast
- 1 pound, cut into strips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth. Set aside the sauce to allow the flavors to meld.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
