Ingredients

Wooden skewers
8-10, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Shrimp
1 pound, peeled and deveined
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons, chopped
Salt
1 teaspoon, to taste
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and gently toss to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
