Ingredients
- Wooden skewers (8)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Fresh rosemary (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the wooden skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
