4 (6 oz each)
Sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Lime juice
2 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Green onions
2, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended to create the sweet chili glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Generously brush the sweet chili glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Tips

  • 💡 For added crunch, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • 💡 If you prefer a spicier kick, add a dash of sriracha to the glaze.
  • 💡 This glaze also works beautifully with other fish or chicken, so feel free to experiment!
