Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with water in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Stir-fry until it is cooked through and has a light brown color. Once done, remove the chicken and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, stir-fry the broccoli florets, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper for 3-4 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, along with the vegetables.
  7. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to ensure everything is coated in the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Sprinkle the stir fry with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for a flavorful finish.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
