Instructions

  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to ensure they are well-coated. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Ensure the grill is properly heated for optimal cooking.
  4. Grill the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char. Avoid overcooking to maintain their juiciness.
  5. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas on the grill for approximately 30 seconds on each side, until they are soft and pliable.
  6. To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of shredded cabbage on each tortilla. Top with a portion of the grilled shrimp.
  7. Finish with diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and a drizzle of hot sauce to suit your spice preference.
  8. Serve immediately, and enjoy the explosion of flavors in every bite!

Tips

  • 💡 For added flavor, consider grilling some lime wedges alongside the shrimp to serve with the tacos.
  • 💡 Feel free to customize your toppings with jalapeños for heat or fresh corn for sweetness.
  • 💡 These tacos pair beautifully with a side of black beans or a fresh mango salsa.
