Zucchini
1 medium, sliced
Carrots
2 medium, julienned
Shiitake mushrooms
1 cup, sliced
Chicken breast
1 cup, thinly sliced
Beef sirloin

Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated meat and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the cooked meat from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes, to preserve their vibrant colors and nutrients.

  5. In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preferred doneness, lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. To serve, divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with the meat and vegetable mixture, and place a fried egg on top. Drizzle with additional soy sauce or sesame oil if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your royal feast!

Tips

  • 💡 For a vegetarian version, substitute the meat with tofu and add extra vegetables like snow peas or bean sprouts.
  • 💡 Feel free to adjust the vegetables based on your preference or seasonal availability.
  • 💡 Serve with kimchi or pickled vegetables on the side for an authentic Korean touch.
