
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- Butter (1 tablespoon)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Chives (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
- Smoked salmon (100g, thinly sliced)
- Eggs (4)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
- Place the smoked salmon slices on one half of the omelette.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese on top of the smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle chopped chives over the cream cheese.
- Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the omelette is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
