Servings: 12

Ingredients

Chocolate sandwich cookies
2 cups, crushed
Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, melted
Cream cheese
24 oz, softened
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup
Sour cream
1 cup
Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons
Eggs
4 large
Snickers bars
4 fun-sized bars, chopped
Whipped cream
for garnish
Caramel sauce
1/2 cup, for drizzling
Chocolate sauce
1/2 cup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies until they form fine crumbs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
  7. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure a smooth batter.
  8. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. The cheesecake will firm up as it cools.
  11. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  12. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to ensure it sets properly.
  13. Before serving, garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle generously with caramel and chocolate sauces.
