
Snickers Cheesecake
Indulge in this decadent Snickers cheesecake with a chocolate crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a generous amount of chopped Snickers bars.
Ingredients
- Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Snickers bars (4 bars, chopped)
- Eggs (3)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Sour cream (1 cup)
- Granulated sugar (1 cup)
- Cream cheese (24 oz (3 packages), softened)
- Unsalted butter (1/4 cup, melted)
- Chocolate sandwich cookies (24 cookies)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a food processor, pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce.
