Ingredients
- Green onions (2, chopped (for garnish))
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Broccoli florets (1 cup)
- Onion (1, sliced)
- Bell peppers (1, sliced)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Sriracha sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey to make the sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and toss to coat the vegetables.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until everything is heated through and well coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to taste.
