
Stir Fried Bok Choy and Mushrooms
A delicious and healthy stir fry made with fresh bok choy and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Mushrooms (8 ounces, sliced)
- Bok choy (4 cups, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
