  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
  3. In the same pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the milk. Add the mashed sweet potato and stir until combined and smooth.
  5. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce is creamy and well-blended.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce, stirring gently until every piece is well coated.
