Ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons
Tandoori masala
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Red chili powder
1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Oil
2 tablespoons (for drizzling)
Fresh coriander leaves
for garnish
Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Whisk together until you have a smooth marinade.
  2. Add the chicken drumettes to the marinade and mix well to ensure each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best results.
